Elizabeth Whittelsey

Elizabeth Whittelsey M.S., CCC-SLP is an ASHA certified speech-language pathologist. She earned both her Bachelor of Arts in Communicative Disorders and Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology degrees from the University of Alabama.

Before joining Pediatric Therapies, Elizabeth worked as a pediatric speech-language pathologist in Alabama, where she served children ages 12 months to 21 years. She has experience working with children with a variety of disorders and communication needs including autism, receptive and expressive language delays, articulation and phonological disorders, Down syndrome, selective mutism, cerebral palsy, augmentative/alternative communication (AAC), and social communication challenges. Elizabeth is passionate about building strong relationships with children and their families while creating a supportive and engaging therapy environment. She enjoys collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in order to foster meaningful communication and support each child’s success.

Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her friends and family, playing tennis, reading, and going to the beach.
