Our Practice

Pediatric Therapies is a pediatric therapy practice serving infants, children and teens with a variety of special needs and challenges. Even if your child does not have a formal diagnosis, but is struggling in some area of their development, we want to help your family. While many know us for our work with children, we also treat adults with sensory processing disorder.

Our team is committed to your whole family as we aim to make a lifelong difference in your child’s life. By focusing on your child as an individual, succeeding at whatever life skills are meaningful to them, he/she can discover their extraordinary possibilities.

We offer occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech and language therapy services. We work with children and adults having a variety of diagnoses and developmental issues.  Our team is passionate about early intervention and has particular expertise in treating sensory processing disorders, feeding disorders, motor delays and disorders, speech and language delays and disorders, and other developmental challenges. Our services include evaluations, individual treatment, consultations, group intervention, parent training and education, educator and other community training and in-servicing, and student mentoring.

We serve the communities of Williamson, Davidson, Wilson, Sumner, Rutherford, Marshall, Maury, Hickman, Dickson, Cheatham, and surrounding counties.

About the Founder, Susan Masie…

Susan, an occupational therapist, opened Pediatric Therapies in August of 2005 realizing there was a need for an easily accessible, comprehensive pediatric therapy clinic for children with special needs and their families in the Middle Tennessee area. Her enthusiastic, results-based family approach has attracted families and other premier therapists to work with her, resulting in one of the most renowned and impressive pediatric therapy practices in Tennessee.
