In addition to the therapies previously mentioned, we also periodically offer the following programs (subject to scheduling and enrollment):
Connect with parents and other caregivers through support and information groups that meet to discuss issues pertaining to sensory integration and other topics related to childhood development. See our separate listing under Services for specific topics and dates coming up.
Kids connect through summer group opportunities beginning in June which focus on sensory processing, social and play skill development, language development, music, handwriting, and more.
SOCIAL SKILLS GROUPS
Kids make and establish friendships and work together through social, sensory, and play skills groups. Through a variety of curriculum and creative play, children learn how to relate to each other, take the perspective of others, communicate effectively and self-regulate their responses to others and their environment.
Kids learn to enjoy food with peers using a sensory-based approach to feeding through fun, interactive, play-based activities and strategies.
AUDITORY (LISTENING) PROGRAMS
We are providers for several music-based auditory programs proven to benefit those with listening, sensory, learning, cognitive, language, reading, attention, memory, social, communication, and behavioral difficulties.
